About Swaystack

Swaystack offers gamified onboarding experiences to help financial institutions achieve primary financial institution status. For new checking accounts onboarding, we streamline initial funding, switching direct deposit, and transferring subscriptions with merchants (Amazon, Uber, etc.) increasing deposits and card interchange revenues for financial institutions.

Swaystack was founded by second time Fintech founders: Har Rai Khalsa was the CEO of MK Decision, which built digital account opening software and was acquired by Alkami in 2021 and Simran Singh was the co-founder of Zogo, a gamified financial education platform in use with 250+ banks and credit unions.

The Role

As an SDR at Swaystack, you’ll work directly with the CEO to connect with forward-thinking banks and credit unions, introducing them to Swaystack’s innovative solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect & Qualify: Identify potential clients through research and outreach, understanding their needs and how Swaystack can address them.
  • Engage & Educate: Initiate meaningful demonstrations with prospects, articulating the value of Swaystack’s offerings.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve outreach strategies.
  • Track & Report: Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM, providing insights to inform sales strategies.

What We’re Looking For

  • Drive: A self-starter attitude with a passion for connecting with people and building relationships.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment, and open to feedback and continuous learning.
  • Experience: 0-1 years in a sales development role, preferably within fintech or SaaS.
