We collect this information to streamline your onboarding experience with the financial institution, set up direct deposits, manage subscriptions, and offer other personalized services as part of your relationship with that financial institution.
Why We Collect Information from Financial Institutions
We collect and process data from financial institutions for the following reasons:
- Service Delivery: To complete services like account setup, direct deposit, subscription transfers, or verification actions on behalf of the financial institution.
- Enhancing User Experience: To personalize and improve your experience with the financial institution, such as by creating custom onboarding workflows.
How We Use Your Information
We may use the information we collect for purposes such as:
- Providing Services: Facilitating the onboarding experience with financial institutions and third-party services, including direct deposit setup and subscription transfers.
- Enhancing User Experience: Aggregating data to better understand usage patterns and improving the design and functionality of our Platform.
- Marketing and Communication: Sending marketing materials to you, responding to inquiries, and keeping you informed of updates or new features.
- Security and Compliance: Protecting the Platform and its users by ensuring compliance with applicable laws and industry standards, such as data protection regulations
Data Sharing and Third-Party Providers
We work with financial institutions and third-party services (e.g., Plaid, KnotAPI, Atomic) to deliver our services. By using our Platform, you authorize us to share your personal data with these providers for purposes such as:
- Direct Deposit and Subscription Management: Sharing data with trusted third parties to facilitate the services you have requested.
